Turbocharge Your Workouts Naturally
You heard me right. While many people chug down supplements
like creatine, caffeine, taurine, and beta-alanine mixed pre-workout drinks, they
often forget that there’s a natural way to get your muscles fibers firing to
get the most out of your workout. That
method is the chiropractic adjustment.
Dr Scott, myself, and other chiropractors have been saying it for years
that the adjustments free up the nerve interference and allows your body to
communicate better to all the organs of your body including the 640 skeletal
muscles.
Earlier this year, New Zealand Chiropractic College
published a study in the journal Experiment Brain Research. This study measured participant’s ability to
contract one leg muscle following full spine adjustments. The research showed nearly a 60% increase in
muscle electrical activity, a 16% increase in absolute force, and a 45%
increase in drive (ability of the brain to activate a particular muscle). The research also suggests that spinal adjustments
can help prevent muscle fatigue as well.
