Get up and move it

Get up and move it! Even if it is taking a walk around the block, take 10 minutes out of your busy schedule and go outside and enjoy that beautiful Northwest sunshine. You’ll be glad that you did. There are so many times where we end up by chance, taking a walk or bike ride and stop and reflect. In that moment we usually say is “Wow, I need to do this more often. Or, why don’t we do this more?” I encourage you to make a conscious effort to make it a priority to get up and move it! Getting out and into the sunshine gives you whopping dose of Vitamin D, which have a multitude of benefits. It promotes calcium absorption, lowers blood pressure, promotes cell growth, supports healthy immune system, encourages good moods, and so much more!  So get up and move it!
